The company GANSA EKONOMIKA s.r.o. consists mainly of people who are experienced professionals and experts in their field. The team of these people is crucial for us because they are the ones who deal with everyday issues regarding accounting, taxes, payroll or strategic financial management for you.

In 1991, we started helping our first clients with their accounting. Since then, we have been gaining valuable experience, educating ourselves and expanding our portfolio of services with one goal – to offer the clients comprehensive and highest quality services in one place and, above all, to bring peace of mind and security to their business.
Until November 2022, you knew us under the name Contaduria s.r.o. Subsequently, we were united under the parent brand “Gansa” and since then our company has been called GANSA EKONOMIKA s.r.o.

Ing. Martin Šalplachta
Executive director
He can obtain maximum information from available data to optimize the management of your company. He is interested in business intelligence, power pivot and controlling. Martin has many years of experience and the knowledge of a person who has worked as an accountant, assistant auditor and financial director.
Ing. Eva Kožušníková
Tax Advisor
Her professional specialization is taxes. She always uses her long-term and extensive experience in the field of taxes; her specialty is unusual tax issues in research and development. Eva has a special sense of humour when there is room for it. And a completely solid professional “anchoring” when it is necessary to stand up for you strongly during ongoing inspections.
Lenka Rudolová
Head of Payroll Office
She focuses on payroll accounting and human resources. She has long-term experience in processing all forms of wages in various sectors of the economy. She also specializes in the relatively complex issue of employing foreigners and sending workers abroad (EU, third countries).
Silvie Demběcová
Assistant
My job is to prepare contractual documentation, ensure the operation of the branch, prepare documents for the payroll accountant and much more. I hold the position of junior accountant for selected clients.
Ing. Dominik Havlík
Systems Analyst
He provides technical support to clients. He provides HW and SW support for employees. He performs automation of accounting processes. He holds the position of senior accountant, mainly with foreign clients. Together with the chief financial manager, he presents economic results to the clients. He is in charge of the processes of streamlining analytical procedures and accounting work not only of our employees but also of our clients’ employees.
Ing. Jan Josefus
Head of accounting department
Together with the system analyst, he looks for solutions to make the work of accountants more efficient. He also deals with the updating and implementation of the company’s internal methodological procedures and employee training. He holds the position of senior accountant for selected clients. He will provide you with care, flexibility and experience with drawing on EU funds and reporting European projects, and an excellent system of spot checks of the entire accounting.
