Audit of accounts
It is important both for the needs of the state and for the company itself. It consists in performing a statutory audit of the financial statements in accordance with the applicable legal standards, in the complete processing of an ongoing audit as an opportunity to verify the current state of your accounting and to obtain an auditor’s opinion already during the accounting period or the processing of an audit for special purposes, e.g. an audit of a selected part of accounting or preparation of financial statements according to specific needs.
Mandatory audit
- It consists in conducting a statutory audit of the financial statement in accordance with the applicable law.
- This audit is prepared in cooperation with an auditor registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.
Forensic audit
It is a one-time, intensive performance of a forensic analysis by an independent third party (auditor or audit firm). Unlike the analysis, the audit is more intensive and is always performed by an independent party.
In particular, it includes the following activities:
- Verification of the bookkeeping methodology, especially from the point of view of ensuring the required accounting reports
- Mapping of the controlling and economic system, the reporting system
- Suggestions and recommendations for changes in the entire system
- Verification of consolidated financial statements
- Verification of extraordinary and interim financial statements
- Evaluation of the fulfilment of the conditions for drawing subsidies
- Consultancy regarding company transformations, changes in legal form, etc.

Personnel audit
A personnel audit is a one-time analysis of human resources in a company, on the basis of which a solution is proposed to increase the efficiency of individuals, teams and the company as a whole.
The goal of a personnel audit is to answer three basic questions. Which of the workers is best suited for the given job position? How is people management set up? How many workers are needed for the current volume of work?
The reasons for the personnel audit are as follows:
- Optimization of costs – reduction of the number of workers
- Increasing organizational performance and optimizing human resources
- Setting up an effective management and motivation system
